All no frills suppliers’ terms and conditions state tickets are non-refundable.
Nearly all of our scheduled flight bookings will have been made on a non-changeable, non-refundable basis with the airline.
I want to cancel my hotel or apartment
The following charges apply to ALL accommodation bookings:
Please note - the cancellation charges are based on the number of days between the date of cancellation and the check-in date.

I want to cancel my transfer
Our transfer provider have different terms and conditions, so check which one you have booked with on your email confirmation.
Holiday Taxis
- You may cancel your booking at any time. The following cancellation policy will apply.
- Inside 7 days of the departure date 100% cancellation fees will apply - no monies will be refunded.
- 8 - 14 days prior to the departure date 50% of the cost of the booking will be charged.
- 15 - 30 days prior to the departure date 25% (or £10, whichever is greater) of the cost of the booking will be charged.
- Outside of 30 days of departure a £10 administration fee per booking will be charged.
I want to cancel my car park booking
Our car park provider will allow cancellations outside of 72 hours for a full refund. Within 72 hours and up to 4 hours before departure, you can cancel for a £5.50 administration fee. There are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations received within 4 hours of departure. Freedom Travel will charge it's standard admin fee to process this request.
