We would very much like to hear from you if you encountered any problems or difficulties with your booking. This will enable us to investigate how the problem occurred and provide you with an explanation. In addition, we can prevent future occurrences of the same problem.

As ABTA members, we will acknowledge your correspondence within 14 days and reply within 28 days.
